This exciting role offers you the opportunity to join a small team of professionals with a complete focus on customer satisfaction.

As Sales Administrator, your role includes day-to-day enquiry management and administration, making regular contact with enquiries and with exsiting clients through their ownership process and assisting with Aftercare. All enquiries are inbound.

You'll also be involved with marketing, customer service, planning, production and logistics.

GX Modular is the leading manufacturer and installer of Garden Annexes in the UK. We are a small team of dedicated professionals and as we expand our business we seek a Sales Administrator to join the office at our unit in Rougham, near Bury St Edmunds.

Applicants should demonstrate some experience in Customer Service, Warm Sales and ideally will have some knowledge of Marketing processes and techniques. Full training and mentoring will be provided. Client contact is face-to-face, online and by phone.

You'll have a professional demeanour and friendly outlook. We'll provide practical, in-depth and professional training; so experience with Hubspot CRM will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,500.00 per year
