**BASIC SALARY**: £30,000 - £32,000 (negotiable depending on experience and background)

**BENEFITS**:

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Sales Administrator, Account Manager, Internal Sales, Office Manager, Telesales, Sales Advisor

This Internal Sales Adminstrator is a dual role, managing the sales administration function including one direct report, coupled with initiating customer sales contact by telephone, digitally and internal face-to-face visits.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: Sales Administrator, Account Manager, Internal Sales, Office Manager, Telesales, Sales Advisor
- Assist sales reps with generating quotes, utilising CRM system and reports
- Coordinating promotions, events, sales meetings, demos and in-house customer visits
- Proactive telephone and digital account management of existing customers and prospects, information needs gathering, and confidently recommending solutions
- Providing written quotes and following-up to secure customer commitment
- Delivering seamless administration
- Occasional external customer visits

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**: Sales Administrator, Account Manager, Internal Sales, Office Manager, Telesales, Sales Advisor

You will have the following characteristics & experiences:

- Excellent Sales Administration or Office Manager skills
- A very high focus on customer service excellence
- Strong desire to learn (or existing experience of), consultative account management or internal sales / telesales
- Target-driven, with the ambition to learn, grown and achieve commercial results
- Quality-driven
