Our experienced sales and customer care team make sure that all product sales are supported, be that through our own network of services and support engineers or from the original manufacturer. Process Instrument Solutions not only supply your instrumentation but we will also expertly install, commission, calibrate and service the products whether initially sourced through us or already installed at your plant.

**Job specification**
- Liaise with the General Manager as main point of contact, in order to accurately identify and diarise customer enquiries and opportunities for the Sales & Service departments.
- Send enquiries to suppliers and ensure quotes are received in a timely fashion.
- Assist in the organisation and co-ordination of all Sales & Service quotation follow ups.
- To communicate effectively with our customers to ensure adequate updates are provided in a timely manner via multiple communication channels including (but not limited to) E-Mail, Telephone, Text and Social Media.
- Liaise with appropriate internal departments regarding enquiries, quotes, orders, payments.
- Complete accommodation bookings and confirm site attendances with customers.
- Provide general support to the internal Sales & Service teams.
- Assist the sales department with basic instrument quotations.
- Assis the service team with basic labour quotations.
- Ensure office supplies are regularly reviewed and replenished.
- Maintain communication with suppliers, place orders as requested and gain delivery updates.
- Update our CRM database & customer portals with order/service documentation.
- Ensure personal certification/training is completed within the time requirements.
- Manage & organise supplier and other required documentation to complete purchase orders.
- Database / CRM entry
- To always comply with company policy.
