Office Administrator - Part time

Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 2.30pm (open to flexible days/hours)

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to work in our office based in Belvedere, Kent. At least 2 years previous admin experience required, ideally construction industry background but not essential. Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Social Media Platforms.

Duties to include:

- General admin duties
- In charge of social media posting & content
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
- Meet and greet clients and make tea and coffee
- Responsible for company fleet vehicles, servicing MOT arrangements
- Inputting weekly timesheets and invoices against job costing sheet
- Management of both Company and Fleet insurance
- Producing O&M Manuals
- Management of CC, ULEZ, Parking and any penalties etc
- Purchasing stationary, kitchen supplies and ad hoc items

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour
