We are Five Environmental Ltd, a drainage, tanker and pumps service. We are based in Belvedere Kent but our clients are nationwide. We are looking for someone to join our team in the office ( Belvedere ) to work alongside our Health and Safety Manager being solely responsible for administrations for our accreditations / Compliance.
**Job description**:
- Be the first point of contact for those seeking information about Accreditation and all associated areas.
- Complete administrative tasks such as document copying and reference gathering
- Work within the framework ISO 9001 and 14001, Achilles, Safe Contractor, SSIP, Chas and more.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and managing legal register
- Regular review of company policies and procedures
**Skills/Abilities**:
- You will be an effective communicator, who adheres to both legal/statutory responsibilities and Company Policies and procedures.
- Excellent personal organisation with a high attention to detail.
**Salary**:Depending on experience
- Able to manage a number of tasks at any one time, working effectively to deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £14.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
