Customer Account Support/administrator

**Are you an excellent administrator, with a keen interest in sales, looking for a new challenge?**
**We are looking for a Customer Account Support to join our high-performance sales team, to provide day to day administration of key sales account functions based at the Sutton Bridge site.**
**This is really a development role with plenty of opportunities to progress your commercial career.**
Reporting to the Business Development Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Commercial, key aspects of the role include:
- Knowledge and proactive management of customer supplier portals e.g., Engage / MDM systems plus others as required.
- Customer system updates and reviews to improve business forecasting and planning
- Support product, packaging and product design changes and reviews to improve our overall customer service performance
- Proactively identify new customer opportunities and actively seek to deliver profitably new business lines
- Work collaboratively with site operations and procurement colleagues
- Support the site management of the day-to-day relationship with customers, buyers, technical functions
- Actively foster good working relationships, both internally and externally

**What are we looking for?**
- A strong background in administration, with a keen interest in commercial/sales
- Food production or Agri business experience would be great but not essential
- Experience of customer systems would be desirable
- An individual who is self-motivated, eager to learn and has excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Displays integrity and respects confidentiality
- Ability to show initiative, who can work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
- High level of computer accuracy including; Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills including written and spoken English

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
