**Job Description Trainee Quality Services Administrator with Stork**:
To provide administrative support to the business in a professional, timely and cost efficient manner to ensure that functional and business support needs are met.

**Tasks and Responsibilities as Trainee Quality Services Administrator**:
**Personnel**
- Assisting with QS inspection personnel on boarding tasks and paperwork, to ensure applicable internal process of engagement of PAYE and Limited Company personnel aligns with the company requirements.
- Formatting CV’s onto Stork QS dedicated templates.
- Maintenance of QS inspection personnel digital files to ensure compliance with internal procedures and specific contractual requirements.
- Assisting on the verification/vetting process of technical qualifications, as well as, maintaining all documentation classed as “assignment critical” in date.
- Ensure that all QS personnel information is recorded and is accurate (e.g. data entry).
- Provide support in gathering basic reporting data for the department; maintain the QS Personnel and Competency matrix up to date.
- Provide support in the maintenance of the QS Portal, managing credentials and uploading documentation periodically.
- Actively promote and ensure company HSEQ policies are not compromise.

**Administrative Support**
- Respond to all business administration requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain good working relationship with managers and staff.
- Process all department mail incoming (e.g. managing personnel and competency mailboxes)
- Maintain stationery levels as directed and laisse with Facilities when applicable.
- Confirm receipt of and ensure that administration requests are actioned in a timely manner.
- Ensure departmental deadlines for reporting are met.

**Experience and Skills**
- Ability to manage workload to meet the demands of the organisation
- Strong communication skills
- Competent in using MS office software in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
