Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software and administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and maintain databases
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Maintain calendars for staff members
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Basic clerical skills such as typing, filing, and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
