As a Salon Receptionist, you'll be our client's first point of contact, setting the tone for an inclusive, empowering experience. You'll ensure our salon runs smoothly, and our clients feel comfortable, valued, and celebrated. We don't do 'targets' and 'KPIs' - we do people, ideas, and positive vibes.

**Key Responsibilities **(Receptionist)**:

- Be the warm, welcoming face and voice of Samantha Cusick London, providing first-class customer service.
- Coordinate appointments, manage scheduling conflicts and maintain the smooth running of the salon.
- Show initiative and creativity in improving client experience and salon functionality.
- Share in our social media passion - engage with clients online, share our story, and enhance our brand.
- Handle our stock carefully - manage, report, and ensure our salon is always fully equipped.
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality, especially when dealing with our press and celebrity clientele.

**Key Responsibilities **(Administrative Assistant)**:
**1. General Administrative Duties**:

- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Maintaining office calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Greeting visitors and clients.
- Filing and organising documents, both physical and electronic.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

**2. Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and software.
- Maintaining accurate records and files.
- Creating and maintaining various reports.

**3. Correspondence and Communication**:

- Drafting and proofreading memos, letters, and other documents.
- Coordinating communication between departments or team members.
- Managing communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

**4. Stock Management**:

- Ordering salon supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Managing salon equipment and ensuring it is in working order.

**5. Meeting Support**:

- Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Setting up conference calls or video conferences.
- Taking meeting minutes and distributing them to attendees.

**6. Research and Information Gathering**:

- Researching various topics as requested.
- Compiling information and preparing reports.

**7. Administrative Support**:

- Assisting other staff members or executives as needed.
- Handling confidential information and maintaining discretion.
- Prioritising and managing tasks efficiently.

**8. Technology Proficiency**:

- Basic troubleshooting of office equipment and software.

**9. Time Management and Organisation**:

- Managing their tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Multitasking and prioritising assignments effectively.
- Maintaining a well-organised workspace and digital files.
