**What will you do?**

We're looking for a Strategist with a passion for creating visionary digital experiences to join MullenLowe Profero - the digital customer experience arm of MullenLowe Group.

You'll be joining a dedicated team, working closely with other disciplines to transform brand experiences across content, customer engagement and digital platforms. You'll speak to real customers, digest data, and work out what all that really means to people in order to identify and humanise insight. Responsible for authoring content strategies, you'll also collaborate on data and contact strategies, working with diverse teams to then translate those strategies into concepts and experiences. You'll lead projects and client thinking, ensuring their content and customer journeys evolve.

**About you**

You'll be attracted to problems without obvious solutions, passionate about content and customer engagement, and committed to curiosity.

Previous experience as a strategist across customer engagement and content is a must for this one - you'll also have a compelling and provocative point of view on the future of content, social and digital experiences and customer engagement and you will bring this to your day to day work.

Naturally curious for what makes people tick, with a great instinct for storytelling, you'll have strong research experience and are happy generating and supporting insights that help to solve clients' problems.

Able to think in a transformative way, working with a team to make and justify creative and strategic leaps rather than just optimise what brands are doing today.

You'll have a good grasp of data and have used data insight tools for social listening, search trends, web and campaign analytics.
