We are currently recruiting for Positive Behaviour Care Assistant for dayshift in Bradley Court located in Belfast, on Crumlin Road. Bradley Court is a nursing home for Learning Disability and challenging behaviour registered for 11 beds.

We take great pride in our nursing home, providing high quality care and person centred care. Bradley Court aims to provide a home away from home feeling for our residents. We have a dedicated team of staff that put the residents needs above anything else.

We offer meals, paid breaks, and an amazing workplace with a friendly and professional atmosphere.

We provide in house activities for all our residents, offering 1:1 activities as well as fun activities, swimming, day trips, etc.

When supporting our residents, we follow a positive behaviour support framework. We offer our staff a range of training programmes, including positive behaviour support, safety intervention and other training opportunities to assist our staff to progress in their careers.
- A caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
- Previous experience with individuals with Learning Disability/Specific additional requirements desirable but not essential
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and resilient
- Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services

**What we need from you-**
- Right to work in the UK
- Be NISCC registered or eligible
- Minimum 6 months care experience
