Support Workers Sought

Join our dynamic team as a Support Worker in Belfast We are committed to providing high-quality support to enable individuals to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives. As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our mission to empower adults with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries or autism to take control of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to enable individuals to live independently;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver effective support strategies;
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and carers;
- Manage behaviours of concern through Positive Behaviour Support;
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:
1. 3 years of experience in a health or social care setting, or equivalent qualifications and experience;
2. At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism;
3. Proven skills in managing behaviours of concern through Positive Behaviour Support;
4. A full, valid driving licence or ability to travel independently;
5. Registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) or other relevant professional body.
