We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Support Worker to join our team at Positive Futures. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with people with learning disabilities or autism;
  • A valid full driving licence or ability to travel independently;
  • Registration on the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) or other relevant professional body.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored support that enables individuals to live independently and make choices about their lives.

As a specialist support worker, you will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver person-centred care that promotes choice, control, and independence.
