Job SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated and caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to service users, promoting their independence and dignity
- Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and service users alike
- Possess a full, valid driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes (or ability to travel independently)
- Demonstrate personal or work experience of providing care or support to someone, which can be met through volunteering, completing a work placement, or caring for a family member or friend
- A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
