Up to £28,000
Job Purpose:
The Sales Administrator must be a commercially minded, sales driven, confident individual who enjoys building relationships with the team and customers. They will have excellent organisation, communication and administration skills, the ability to generate leads, follow up open quotes and manage customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with proven success
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Understand and meet customer requirements
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Ability to think on your feet and quickly react to time sensitive projects
- Excellent IT skills (Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly numerate
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by management
- Confident hands on and ‘can-do’ approach
- A positive team player, with demonstrable ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Understanding of and commitment to provide the highest standard of customer service
