Job Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated Administrator to play a vital part in delivering impeccable customer service to our service users for HCRG Care Group. This full time role of 37.5 hours offers a working pattern from Monday to Friday.

You will focus on delivering impeccable customer service to our staff and service users and continuous improvement using technology and innovation to really make our service users and staff feel the difference.

Main Responsibilities
- Your days will be varied and task-orientated including first line service for patients and carers/families of the district nursing team.
- Maintain an accurate message recording system and word processing of confidential and often highly sensitive information.
- Completing documentation for referrals as requested, preparing relevant documentation for district nursing staff, collection, collation, and input of data onto information systems and databases.
- General photocopying, scanning, and filing of confidential and non-confidential information
- Updating information as necessary on patients medical notes
- Stock ordering for the office and District Nurses supplies.
- Data Quality work through our patient system.
- Booking and cancelling clinic appointments via phone with patients.

You will have a good all-round basic education, administrative experience in a busy, customer facing environment. You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of EMIS and Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
