We are looking to recruit an administrative assistant to join the existing team and support the growth of its brands globally by providing accounts and customer service support. GaraDry Ltd is an award-winning company, and leading designer and manufacturer of innovative weather seal products, supplying customers around the world.

Predominantly this role will be supporting the Accounts Administrator, entering financial data onto the system. During busy periods it will also be required to support the customer service team in answering customer enquiries.

**Duties will include**:

- Assisting the Accounts Administrator
- Inputting invoices
- Marrying up/checking invoices to be paid
- Producing courier cost reports
- Handling claims for lost/damaged parcels
- Entering financial data
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Chasing outstanding payments
- General office and administration duties ad hoc
- Processing of website and marketplace orders

**Requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but full training will be provided
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Data entry experience

**Working hours**: 09:00 - 15:00 (3-4 days per week) Hours are flexible and can be discussed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
