**Job Title: Warehouse Administrator**

**Location: Newport Pagnell**

**Scope of the Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Administrator. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the effective planning/ utilisation of resource within the Newport Pagnell warehouse. This is managed via the use of agreed KPI and productivity data available and along with close collaboration with Inbound Section Manager, Outbound Section Manager and Inventory teams, as well as a close relationship with the Sales Order Management team, ensuring that all inbound/outbound orders are available to the teams for processing, and in line with outbound activity, whilst ensuring that an effective transport plan is in place with key hauliers.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Working alongside the warehouse administration Manager, produce all required pick documents ( labels and pick sheets) as per required picking sequences

Ensure that all completed picks are input on to AS400 to ensure that inventory is accurately allocated to relevant orders

Ensure that once pick is completed, that required invoice processes are completed.

Answer pick/inventory queries from any relevant internal stakeholders.

Close relationship with IG Design Sales Order Management Team ( SOM) to ensure any prioritisation of orders are managed effectively.

Ensuring along with Warehouse team Leaders that all warehouse operatives are fully utilised on required tasks on a daily basis.

Collating pick sheets

General upkeep of office and supplies

Personable individual who can build good relationships with internal customers - Essential

Previous warehouse management system experience is - Preferable

Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload. - Essential

Ability to be flexible in working hours and location of work -Essential

Previous experience is advantageous

Professional, Positive, can do attitude

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
