As a member of the International Social Impact team, the Team-Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a diverse set of social impact campaigns and initiatives. Reporting into the Director of International Campaigns & Social Impact, this dynamic position will enable impactful change on a global scale for initiatives the support Mental Health, Equity, Civic Engagement, Climate and more

**What will you be doing?**
- Work with department campaign leads to support the successful rollout of impact campaigns internally and externally across international
- Support the creation of calendars, status reports, and presentations for senior leadership, local markets, and internal partners
- Manage administrative duties for the team to enable impact campaigns and initiatives, including but not limited to POs/finance, budgeting, risk assessments; manage expenses for SVP and book travel where relevant
- Develop processes and systems to ensure efficient team and interdepartmental communications; scheduling of meetings, agendas, contact / distribution lists, meeting notes, follow up, campaign materials storage, etc.
- Ensure project documents are accurately completed, current, and appropriately stored
- Drive logistics as the relate to key impact initiatives and events (Community Day, Roundtables, EMAs activations, Summits, etc.)
- Ideate with campaign leads on tactics that deliver against key campaign strategies and plans
- Support / contribute to campaign creative briefs, brainstorms, social copy, etc.
- Stay informed about global trends and issues that may affect impact messaging and campaigns
**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in admin, event & project management within the UK and International markets
- Administrative prowess and experience including finance, scheduling, reporting
- Knowledge of project management tools to be evangelised across the team (e.g. Airtable)
- A creative eye with strong mastery of power point, Photoshop, etc.
- Highly organised and adept at managing competing priorities and projects
- Good interpersonal communication and excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented and results driven
- A passion for and interest in social issues and the drive to take social impact campaigns & related content to the next level
- An open mind and an international mentality
