**Job Purpose**
Reporting to the Campaign Delivery Lead, the Project Co-Ordinator will support the process and execution of partnership campaigns and end of campaign reporting. Together with the rest of the department, the Project Co-Ordinator will help deliver integrated 360 campaigns across all AllBright touchpoints.
**Outline of Key Responsibilities**:
- First in class project management and client servicing of partner campaigns from start to finish with support of the Campaign Delivery lead, ensuring high quality standards, within budget parameters and on time delivery
- Clear, thorough, consistent, and timely responses to clients where required, always keeping them in the loop of the project and the latest updates within pre-agreed deadlines
- Seamless collaboration and communication with AllBright’s content and creation departments, ensuring thorough briefings to each relevant team to deliver maximum impact across campaigns
- Quality control management throughout partnerships, including all event execution, content, media, build and production across campaigns
- To maintain up-to-date project documentation including but not limited to scope of work documents, campaign masters, asana project boards, meeting minutes/actionable points with regular updates to the Campaign Delivery Lead
- Deliver PCA reports of campaign results, including digital analysis, demonstration of activations and impact, evaluation of KPIs and key learnings
- Communicate and negotiate with relevant sub-contractors needed for campaign delivery, where needed, for example: PR, AV, editorial, design, production, video, photography, talent negotiations

**Person Specification**:
- Project Management experience essential
- Account / client relationship management experience essential
- Previous commercial / partnership experience desired, not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Process driven
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills
- Energy and passion are key, along with a true team player mentality that can be flexed when needed
