We are looking for 2 experienced administrators to join our friendly team managing holiday lets throughout the UK. Both positions demand a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, organisational and administrational skill so that we can continue to deliver a fantastic service to our guests and owners.

** Property Maintenance Administrator**

**Part time/ weekend shift ( 16hrs ) with additional hours to cover staff holidays.**

The ability to work with system driven processes, along with excellent keyboard skills are a must. Due to the seasons of the holiday industry, the role requires the ability to multitask and manage own workload, using initiative and problem-solving skills, whilst maintaining calm and control, and a good sense of humour.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Booking and monitoring maintenance jobs as needed
- Liaising with guests and owners to resolve queries and issues during guests’ stay
- Contacting guests to recoup costs for damages, where appropriate
- Responding and resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring Health and Safety of properties is maintained.
- Researching sourcing new suppliers and contractors when needed
- Project work and ongoing office administration to support the running of the business
- Communicating at all levels, with stakeholders (owners, park staff, guests and other organisations)
- Adhering to lone working policy when appropriate

** Customer Support Administrator**

**Part time/ weekend shift ( 16hrs ) with additional hours to cover staff holidays.**

Our Customer Support Administrators consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Responsible for guest bookings and enquiries, often pressured, working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes during the peak seasons. So, an ability to work under pressure, multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy whilst delivering exceptional customer service, with a smile, is essential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Dealing with guest enquiries over the phone.
- Processing online bookings and payments.
- General inputting of data relevant to the role.
- Upselling optional extras
- Responding to reviews
- Dealing with low-level customer complaints
- Project work and ongoing office administration to support the running of the business
- Adhering to lone working policy when appropriate

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
