South East London, United Kingdom Acorn Promotions Limited Full time

Are you socially minded, good with people and ready to make the world a better place? Our private site fundraisers are speaking with people in shopping centres, supermarkets and hospitals to engage them with playing charity lotteries: supporting charities to bring in new income, and helping members of the public to help causes close to their heart whilst having fun.

We are looking for venue fundraisers in the South East of London to join our team on a full or part time basis. In return, you'll receive a competitive basic salary of £24,000 per annum pro-rata (paid fortnightly), a great bonus structure that rewards open, honest and respectful fundraising (giving an OTE of £42,000 per annum pro rata), and a chance to meet new and interesting people who are committed to some of the best-loved charities in the UK.

You'll be working in charity shops, shopping centres and supermarkets across South-East London to increase awareness of charities' brands and engage people you meet to play their lotteries. To be successful in the role, we expect you to have:

- An understanding of key issues faced by your charities and how the support gained can make a lasting difference
- The ability to deliver exceptional supporter care
- Ability to communicate personably and effectively, with empathy to a diverse range of individuals
- Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to motivate others
- Strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate with supporters and colleagues with confidence and fluency, both face to face, on the telephone and online
- Strong teamwork and good interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment, or fundraising experience a significant benefit
