**Job Description**:
The Sales Operations Coordinator for Project Business Support will be dedicated to supporting the external Sales team and our customers. We achieve this by providing, administrative support, process optimisation and responding to customer requests.

Main responsibilities:

- Supporting the external Sales team with managing and administering sales deals - covering all aspects of the Lead to Order process
- Help drive the data integrity for our key accounts and project in the CRM system
- Provide user support to the Sales team and customers in using our dedicated online portal
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal departments

**Qualifications**:

- Trustworthy and reliable as you will often be partial to confidential information
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative to progress tasks and projects
- Results focussed while working under pressure towards a deadline
- A good knowledge of standard Microsoft office software packages - specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Also, the ability to learn company-specific software as required
