OBEX UK is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team, supporting our Head of Commercial Development.

As a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of facade membranes and surface protection films, OBEX UK caters to a diverse clientele, including manufacturers, fabricators, installers, and resellers.

This full-time position requires prior experience in an Executive Assistant capacity or a comparable role and encompasses the following responsibilities:

Administrative Assistance:

  • Oversee calendars, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Filter and redirect phone calls and emails, addressing routine inquiries on behalf of the Head of Commercial Development.
  • Draft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.

Meeting Management:

  • Organize both internal and external meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Confirm that all necessary materials and information are prepared for meetings.

Sales Assistance:

  • Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with precise customer data.
  • Engage with customers via telephone to follow up on quotations and provide general account management updates.
  • Gather sales data to generate reports for the Head of Commercial Development.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline for the Head of Commercial Development.
  • Effectively promote OBEX UK, its services, and products to clients.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a primary contact for customers in the absence of the Head of Commercial Development, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Support the maintenance of strong relationships with key clients through regular follow-ups and communication.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong work ethic, ambition, humility, and intelligence.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Training opportunities will be provided as necessary, and candidates should be open to this as a means of advancing within the organization.

Compensation will be based on experience.
