**Telephone Helpline Support Worker - Home-Based.**

As a helpline support worker, you’ll be helping out Interviewers that are in teh field interviewing members of the public with technical, or pay queries, on the telephone (through your computer). Or responding to Participant queries, out-outs and incentives.

The results of our research will support shaping governmental and corporate policies across the UK. Clients include the Office of National Statistics (ONS) and Her Majesties Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

We are a real living wage employer, and pay rates are as follows.

**Outside London: £12.21 per hour (£10.90 per hour + £1.31 holiday pay)**

**London: £13.39 per hour (£11.95 per hour + £1.44 holiday Pay)**

All Applicants must have access to a WINDOWS computer/laptop (Windows 10/11, or later), and broadband Internet.

You will get to speak to a wide variety of people each day and a key part of the role is being able to clearly show people that you are there t support them.

You will need your own computer/laptop, where you can use online software. Experience in telephone work would be beneficial, and technical capability is required to support others.

This is a flexible customer service role so you’ll have some control over when you work (you sign up for shifts in advance), although we ask you to commit to at least 15 hours a week, over 5 shifts. Beyond this flex your time around other commitments like childcare, caring, or other roles. Our main availability is in the evenings and weekends.

This is a casual position and work availability will depend on work volumes, this is an hourly paid role, when additional support is required, you will be given coaching and training to help you succeed.

Our Telephone Center operates mostly in the Evenings and Weekends in shifts, all Interviewers are required to provide at least 1 weekend shift of availability.
