Helpline Volunteer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our Helpline team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can commit to delivering at least one 4-hour shift per week.

The shifts can be delivered during our opening hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9 am - 8:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10 am - 5:30 pm. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident in your role.

This role is ideal for those who want to make a real difference in their community while developing valuable skills and experience.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
