**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage payment schedule
- Raise invoices
- Process invoices for payment
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Support time sheet process
- Input data into the company account software package
- Prepare VAT returns and supporting data
- Process expenses claims, mileage claims and petty cash
- Support management accounting process with key data and reports
- Monitor progress against pre-determined budgets and in particular project costs and budgets
