**Accounts Administrator**

**The Role**:

- Processing & reconciling supplier transactions
- Preparation of draft supplier payment runs and dealing with payment enquires
- Dealing with any invoicing issues
- Ensure paperwork is stored in correct files
- Verification of sub-contractors time sheets & invoices
- Identify process improvements.
- Payroll duties
- Maintaining Electronic Document System.
- Any other relevant duties

**Essential Criteria**:

- A minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of working with accountancy software
- Good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Strong & diligent work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills
