**Main Duties and Responsibilities;**
- Providing general administrative support to the helpdesk team and assist with day to day office operations
- Answer incoming phone calls and carry out follow ups
- Updating helpdesk data base
- Liaising with suppliers to open new accounts throughout Ireland and UK
- Deal with all queries correctly and appropriately and ensure they are dealt with within the correct timeframe

**Essential Criteria;**
- Minimum of 1 years experience in an administration role.
- Demonstrable experience of using a range of computer software including MS Office, Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

- Craigavon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
