NT Financial is young and fast growing financial services company based in Portadown, Northern Ireland. We offer mortgage & protection advice services to first time buyers and customers with existing mortgages. Due to a quick grow we are looking to hire an administrator to join our team.

Your role will be backed by an experienced business support unit who will also be there to assist you through your journey with us.

We are a dynamic and fast-paced team who are focused on providing outstanding service to our customers and providing a great place to work for our staff.

The role will be focussed on customer service. You’ll be helping Mortgage Adviser process his business compliantly and ensure it progresses as required. You will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure they are always kept fully informed throughout their mortgage journey.

To carry out the service, your day-to-day routine could involve dealing with customers, mortgage lenders and protection providers, estate agents, valuers, builders and solicitors.

**Main Duties/ Responsibilities**
- customer update calls.
- dealing with general customer queries.
- answering inbound customer calls.
- meeting daily activity targets.
- customer service calls, asking for reviews, updating customers.
- new business generation tasks.
- dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.
- working within a team to take on administrative duties.

- Organised with the ability to work to a plan, checklists and guides
- Ability to work independently
- MS Office skills
- Strong focus on customer service

**Preffered skills**
- Bilingual English/ Lithuanian is preferable
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English language (writing and speaking)

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Lithuanian (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
