Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.

**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Type, format, and proofread documents as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist with organising training sessions, events etc.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Provide general clerical support to staff members as needed

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to computerise information effectively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Proficiency in using Microsoft suite (Word; Excel)
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus

Pay: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
