**Office Administrator**

**Responsibilities**
- Answering the phone, taking messages, directing call to right person
- Making the phone calls to customers advising about engineer attendance, changes in date / time, organising access / keys
- Sending prepared invoices / worksheets
- Chasing missing PO numbers
- Going through service reports: checking them against work requests, checking if the reports are filled and signed by customer
- Informing about any fails / recommendations after service so the contact with customer is made
- Filling invoices and checking them against SAGE report every month
- Sending statements and chasing up late payments
- General office duties

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

**Experience as an office administrator or in another relevant administrative position is preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided.**

**Salary**: £14,649.32-£21,450.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Craigavon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
