We are looking for an enthusiastic Research & Engagement Office Administrator Officer to join the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (CAHSS).

This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

**The Opportunity**:
The role is to provide support for research activities, with a particular focus on research projects, including the ESRC-funded Research Leadership Network. They will be a core member of the College Research & Engagement Team, providing an efficient and effective support service for all Research related activities across the College.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:Well-developed organisational, decision making, time management and prioritisation skills
- Resourcefulness and ability to use sound judgement, initiative, and have a proactive approach to seeking out information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in writing and in person. Also a high standard of numeracy and excellent attention to detail
- Experience of committee servicing and a good understanding of associated records management procedures
- Experience of organising internal and external events and activities and their financial administration
