**Job Purpose**: Supporting the Investment Team in collation and management of data, reporting and responding to client queries.

**Platform knowledge, operation and data extraction**
- Maintenance of model portfolios on all platforms, advise team on functionality, assist with edits, run monthly tolerance checks on accounts and rebalance accounts
- Gather & report MI on investments cashflows on a daily basis
- Maintain database (Excel) of AIM account investments, withdrawals, closures etc.
- Familiarise with intricacies of all platforms used, including dealing functionality, new client (adviser) set up process, reporting systems, charging structure and timings
- Liaising with advisers, paraplanners and admin team re functionality or client/firm specific issues to ensure resolution
- Record details of current models and changes to models across platforms and FE

**Management Information**
- Prepare Monthly AUM reports and Monthly Fees reports, with breakdown, for Financial Controller and senior management team
- Check fees received are in line with expectations
- Assist with presentations for quarterly risk and performance reviews for monthly Investment Committees

**Performance/Risk data**
- Maintain all models on Financial Fundinfo (FE) for performance measurement (send changes to FE Digital)
- Maintain performance data on Excel for core and white labelled AIM models
- Prepare monthly data for use in presentations
- Prepare monthly externally requested data
- Compile and provide ad hoc performance data, e.g., for adviser queries
- Assist with information requests from 3rd party research agencies (e.g., MICAP, MJ Hudson)
- Check risk suitability of models and funds on Dynamic Planner

**Factsheet production**
- Produce quarterly factsheets using Adobe InDesign
- Produce charts for use in all MPS & AIM factsheets, using FE, Excel
- Extract data from FE for use in factsheet tables etc
- Compile data and update and check accuracy, of factsheets
- Upload factsheets to platforms and own website

**Literature production**
- Update existing literature and work with Head of BD to produce new literature as required

**Client service**
- Deal with adviser queries and action specific monthly requests
- Providing team with information in respect of adviser queries, including AIM technical queries
- Resolve any queries where possible e.g. platform issues etc
- Completion of relevant questions in adviser due diligence questionnaires

**Networking/contacts**
- Maintain contact details for key stakeholders, including platforms, FE, Dynamic Planner, Morningstar

**Skills & Knowledge**

Required
- MS Excel advanced - able to use Excel to present FE data in user friendly format, using tables and formulae, Vlookups etc. and pivot tables
- MS Office tools proficient, e.g., Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Experience working within the financial services sector, ideally investments

Desirable
- Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
- FE Analytics and Dynamic Planner
- Report Writing skills
- Working knowledge of mutual funds, investment trusts and equities
- Working knowledge of Investment Platforms and Wrap Products
