Atkinson Moss are delighted to be supporting their Norwich based client in search of a Receptionist/Administrator, who specialise in providing equipment and solutions to the global offshore energy industry.
With a modern, professional and friendly working environment this is a lovely position open to applicants who are people focused, efficient and have a basic working knowledge of computers. Full training will be provided although customer service and administrationexperience will well regarded.
Role Responsibilities:
- General reception duties such as meeting and greeting customers
- Answering telephone calls and directing to the relevant person or department
- Ensuring the front desk and surrounding areas are clean and tidy
- Offering an excellent, efficient and professional level of service at all times
- General administration
- Offering support to the Executive Assistant
- Ordering stationery
- Visa paperwork
- Invoicing
- Any other ad-hoc administration tasks required
This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday (3pm finish on Fridays).
