In this Hybrid office/home based role you will be responsible for generating and maintaining your own customer base. You will be focussed on proving VOIP/UCaaS solutions to end customers ranging from SME to large enterprise, from the private and public sectors. Therefore, you will require excellent client facing & presentation skills and be able to adopt a commercial, and consultative approach, as well as deliver product information.

The position will focus on a UCaaS product set and market; therefore, you will need to have experience in a sales or technical sales role within the Contact Centre, Telecommunications, Unified Comms and or Collaboration space. You would also require a good understanding or working knowledge of some or all the following areas:
**Abilities & Skills**
- Experience selling Voice platforms; VoIP & SIP trunking, Voice routing, and Inbound Services.
- Omnichannel Contact Centre knowledge
- Data/WAN/LAN experience of Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet is desirable.
- Experience of supporting a Customer service/delivery team where required

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
