Sales Progression Specialist

Vistry Group is seeking a skilled Sales Progression Specialist to join its team in Manchester & Cheshire East. This role involves progressing reservations to exchange and legal completion within agreed timescales. The successful candidate will support the customer journey, communicating regularly with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and estate agents to address any issues promptly.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, experience with CRM systems, and intermediate Excel abilities. A good understanding of building regulations and legal obligations is also essential. Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as sales software, is necessary. Excellent telephone manner and email etiquette are required for effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Legal and/or Estate Agency, New Homes, or a related field. Relevant experience working for a residential housebuilder is highly desirable. A full driving license and ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines are also essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in dealing with difficult situations and able to effectively negotiate. A willingness to be flexible regarding day-to-day duties and hours worked is crucial. We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
