Sales Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer satisfaction through a professional and confident manner.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain excellent customer and vendor sales relationships to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Identify and generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets through effective prioritization, time management, and sales strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external contacts to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of deals, ensuring consistent sales performance and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to build trust and drive sales.
- Telephone Manner: Possess a professional and friendly telephone manner to provide exceptional customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and information in CRM systems to ensure correct customer data and reporting.
- Priority Management and Planning: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and plan strategically to achieve sales targets.
- Strive to Achieve Set Targets: Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving sales goals, identifying opportunities, and overcoming obstacles.
