The role of the administrator will be to provide full administrative support to the service & repair department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering the phone to log customer repairs & services jobs
- Logging PPM visits on our external system for the BL Engineers to complete on site
- Keeping customers up to date with Engineers site visits
- Issuing maintenance / servicing renewals to our customers
- Contacting customers regarding outstanding payments
- Dealing with customer queries

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
