**Job Description**:

HYG designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. We are one of the global leaders in the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers and employees for over 80 years.

Reporting to the Product Support Manager (Counterbalanced Trucks EMEA), key accountabilities include:

- To assist and support the Product Support Group, primarily in the translation of the CMS incidents from foreign languages to English, also providing the translation of the answers
- Entry and administration of Customer queries in Contact Management System
- To actively work as a member of the Product Support Group to provide a high quality service to enhance efficiency and reduce administration workload for management and technical employees
- To maintain, update, report and coordinate other pertinent Product Support Group files, tasks and other required processes and information.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in at least one of the following European languages, both written and spoken: German, French, Spanish
- Competent in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Competent in administration skills relevant to an office environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well with customers and team members

Experience of interaction with customers from other countries and cultures and an interest in technical products is desirable.
