Administrative Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accounting Professional to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. This exciting hybrid opportunity offers the perfect blend of remote work and office collaboration.
About the RoleAs an Administrative Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for daily bank reconciliations, processing staff expenses, reviewing and posting counsel fees, dealing with case-related queries, and providing monthly nominal reporting to Legal Partners. Your duties will also include ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
This role requires strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to prioritize workloads effectively and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Key Requirements- Previous experience in a similar administrative accounting role within a legal practice is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
