**About the Role**:
Needham Market Country Practice is looking for a part time Receptionist to join our busy support team and help make a positive impact to our local community.

The hours are 8am - 6pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday

The following are the core responsibilities of the administration assistant. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels:

- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- File and store records as required
- Photocopy documentation as required
- Input data into the patient’s healthcare records as necessary
- Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times
- Support all clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested
- Previous experience i a GP surgery is essential
- Ideally experienced in the use of Systmone
- Adaptable and friendly with strong administration, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communicators who work in a confidential and discreet manner and are able to think on their feet in a busy working environment.
- Able to multi-task, work hard and maintain high level of attention to detail when under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as comfortable working independently.

Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional/alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
