**We are hiring a HR Administrator on a fixed term contract (6 months) to support the opening of a new site in Corby. The role will be based in Swindon working 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday. The role offers a salary up to £28,500 dependant on knowledge and experience.**

**Function**:

- To support the HR Business Partners in producing HR paperwork associated with the employee lifecycle, including but not exclusively:

- new starter information - payroll set up; IT set up etc
- contracts of employment
- file management
- employee records and payroll information are accurately recorded
- disciplinary and grievance
- absence management
- performance management; the review process and talent management
- changes to terms and conditions
- pension information
- To ensure that HR information is transparent and easily accessible to all
- To refer managers and team members to relevant policies as required
- To ensure absolute discretion over all sensitive data and ensuring that all employee data is maintained within GDPR guidelines
- To promote and create a continuous improvement culture through identifying areas for improvement and positively acting on them
- To undertake ad hoc projects as required by the HRBP, such as producing letters; note taking; travel arrangements; organising events etc
