We have a great team of thirteen HR Administrators who are friendly and supportive and all work together to deliver customer service excellence. We update employee records whenever there are changes and process a variety of HR queries which mainly all relate to our employees and their journey with this, onboarding new starters, promotions, employee loans, retirements, and leavers.

It is our responsibility to respond to queries in a timely way and process any changes on the system accurately. When making changes to salaries and pensions we can’t afford to get things wrong

We don’t expect you to know everything straight away, we are always on hand to help support you and share our knowledge. We also have a four-week training plan for all new starters where you will get a good overview of what we deliver, our processes and how to use our systems.

To do this role well you will need to:

- Be customer focussed with the ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service
- Have basic IT literacy skills with some knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook etc
- Be literate and numerate to a GCSE standard
- Have a positive outlook with the ability to work in a busy environment where you can meet deadlines

We don’t mind if you haven’t done a similar role before, we can offer you training and support but it is important that you can demonstrate good customer service skills.

This role may suit someone already working in a similar environment but wanting to expand their HR knowledge skills or maybe you are someone working in a customer focussed environment and are looking for your next career step.

In return for your skills and experience we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week with start and finish times between 8am - 6pm. Our team usually work from home and come into the office once or twice a week, but we are flexible on this too.
