As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll:

- Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that’s saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
- Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
- Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do what’s right.

"We have an exciting opportunity within our Boston Branch located in the main Market place. We are presently a small team of 3 who are friendly and engaged. We are passionate about supporting the right person with their onboarding journey with us to service our customers with their Mortgage and Savings needs. This will include counter transactions, savings meetings, appropriate referrals, and day to day activities.

We are 15 minutes from the train station and local to the frequent buses and local taxi rank. There are various pay & display car parks nearby and some on street free parking.

There are opportunities to network with others in the wider region, network and head office both physically and remotely. You may be required to cover other branches in the area when there is a business need."
