Wardell Armstrong LLP is a successful multi-disciplinary consultancy with 13 offices throughout the UK employing approximately 500 staff.

**The Opportunity**:
**Other responsibilities will include**:

- Provide general administrative assistance to all staff.
- Prepare Purchase Orders, Invoices and Credit Notes.
- Prepare monthly billing sheet using MS Excel.
- Contributing to Finance processes such as inputting timesheets, expenses and credit card billing.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and vehicle hire.
- Formatting reports using Microsoft Office 2016, and PDF documents
- All other admin duties that may be required
- Facilities management
- Stationary orders
- Strong background in administration including experience in some of the duties listed above.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a high level of accuracy, diligence and good attention to detail.
- Be familiar with document management and quality assurance procedures and systems.
- Be efficient and able to work on your own initiative and to coordinate amongst a group of people.
