**Job Role**: Sales Support Co-Ordinator

**Contract Type**:Permanent, Full-Time  Working
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm

Location: Chessington. Good travel links to Kingston/Surbiton/New Malden

Trains from Raynes Park to Tolworth - Tolworth is walking distance from our office

**Salary**: £32,000-35,000 per annum

**Reports to**:General Manager of Operations

**Overview**

This role will include overseeing prospect enquiries, sales support to the field sales team, preparation of more complex quotations and tender responses, and new customer on-boarding. Strong communication skills, first-class customer service and excellent administration and project management skills are all key to succeeding in this role.

**Key areas include**:

- Co-ordinate and allocate prospect enquiries.
- Provide sales support to maximise prospect to customer conversion rate.
- Provide a first-class on-boarding experience for new customers.
- Provide field sales support.
- Keep abreast of machine supplier and competitor offers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Enquiry Management**
- Receive and assign enquiries following company policy.
- Monitor response times to ensure timely handling.
- Maintain enquiry status in the company's CRM.
- Provide reports on enquiry levels and sources.

**Conversion**
- Provide quotation services to Field Sales as per company commitments.
- Assist sales team with non-standard enquiries and large tenders.
- Manage company submissions on FM Cos and similar platforms.
- Maintain the company's CCS presence.
- Monitor and report on conversion rates using the company’s CRM.

**On-boarding**
- Manage sales on-boarding process, ensuring paperwork completion and filing.
- Brief team members on customer requirements until installation completion.
- Populate CRM before transferring to Customer Experience Team.
- Monitor the Tracker for completion and roadblocks.

**Sales Team Support**
- Review and update templates and support materials regularly.
- Act as a point of contact for field sales team, providing guidance on equipment, consumables, services, and processes.
- Introduce new sales processes to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate reporting, sales meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Provide reports for key accounts.

**Machine Specifications**
- Serve as the go-to person for information re equipment range and options.
- Maintain the new/used machines stock list.
- Stay up to date on machine manufacturer range changes and competitor offers.
- Ensure accuracy of company machine information, including HubSpot website content.
- Encourage sales team to share knowledge on competitor offerings.

- Office 365
- Experienced with CRM systems and Adobe (Professional)
- Strong numeracy skills - intermediate Excel
