**Job Role**

The opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to join a small team in our Chessington based office as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator and gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales order/invoice processing with high level attention to detail.
- Liaising with an external sales team daily to ensure customer accounts are kept up to date with pricing and agreements etc.
- Liaising with Head office and Warehouse (France based) to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Calling and updating customers on new product launches, order processes (B2B), buliding customer relationships.
- Sales admin support to external sales team, including completing customer data spreadsheets and documentation Required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team (essential)
- High level attention to detail and ability to retain information regarding company processes.
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, excel, Net suite ERP system would be an advantage.
- Basic Marketing knowledge (advantageous)
- French as second Language (advantageous)
