**Primary Purpose **

A key member of the sales team being responsible for enquiring management and allocation, preparation of more complex quotations and tenders, managing the customer on-boarding paperwork, preparing sales support materials and lots more. You’ll be the internal sales voice, keeping the office and ops team abreast of developments and ensuring the office team assist the field sales team in their mission to maximise prospect conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Enquiry Management**

You'll be responsible for efficiently handling and directing enquiries according to company policy, while also overseeing their status in our CRM. Your role includes providing insightful reports on enquiry levels and sources.

**Conversion**

You'll play a crucial role in assisting the sales team with non-standard enquiries and managing company submissions on key platforms. Monitoring and reporting on conversion rates will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

**On-boarding**

You'll manage the sales on-boarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed properly. Additionally, you'll brief team members on customer requirements and populate our CRM before transferring to the Customer Experience Team.

**Sales & Marketing Support**

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and updating templates and marketing support materials, acting as a point of contact for the field sales team. You’ll introducing new sales processes for improved efficiency. Coordinating reporting, sales meetings, and providing additional Account Management for key accounts are also part of your role. This will include staying updated on changes in machine manufacturer ranges and competitor offers, ensuring the accuracy of sales materials, and encouraging knowledge-sharing among the sales team will be integral to your role.

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
