**The Company**
Roast & Ground is a commercial coffee machine supplier that puts customer service at the heart of its business. We offer the latest and best automated coffee machines, plus the service contracts and expert engineers to ensure everyone has delicious coffee on hand whenever it’s needed.
Roast & Ground hand-picked coffee is freshly roasted in small batches for maximum freshness. As we’ve developed an enviable track record in the business sector, our comprehensive product list includes not just coffee but black and herbal teas, chocolates, soft drinks, milk powders and biscuits. In short: everything needed to keep staff and clients happily supplied with quality drinks.
**Main Purpose of the Role**
- Attend customer sites, mainly in London, to repair machines, carry out site checks, filter changes and drink quality audits, preventative maintenance and more.
- Install new coffee machines, liaising with the customer on-site to ensure they are happy with the drink set up and to teach them how to use and look after their new machine.
- Fault find, repair machines and identify problem areas ensuring appropriate action is taken to minimise future breakdown.
- Provide technical advice to customers remotely thus providing a “trouble shooting” service in relation to machines issues.
- Work as part of a larger team for larger volume machine installations.
- Assist in the workshop with machines set up, parts, repairs and refurbishment/servicing of equipment.
- Occasional travel outside London and the South East to carry out machine installations and attend emergency machine service calls.
- Support the sales team with tastings and demonstrations.
**You will have the following skills and experience**
- Experienced in the repairs of premium bean-to-cup coffee machines such as Rex-Royal, Franke, WMF.
- Ideally you’ll have experience installing Billi, Brita or similar water taps.
- Experienced working in the London workplace sector

- Flexible and a good team player with the ability to work on own initiative
- Happy working on customer premises unsupervised in a professional courteous manner
- At times being flexible in your approach to travel and working hours
- Full clean driving license
We will provide on-the-job training however the following skills and experience are desirable;
- Plumbing Training
- Manual Handling Training
- Electrical Awareness Training
- Pressure Testing
- CSCS Health and Safety
- Food Safety Hygiene Level 1
- Barista Training
- Coshh Training
